Department of Veteran Affair (DVA)

Our Physiotherapist have extensive experience with treating patients under the Department of Veteran Affairs Scheme (DVA)

We provide home based services for all Gold card holders.  We also treat DVA White card holders who are approved for treatment of their specific condition.

Our Physiotherapist will liaise directly with the Veterans General Practitioner to obtain a D904 referral form which is valid for up to 12 months.  

We are experienced in prescribing appropriate equipment through the DVA Rap program. 

Priority Healthcare has direct online claiming software which means no need to sign DVA vouchers for each visit.
