The term dry needling is also used to differentiate the use of needling in western medicine from the use of needling in Chinese medicine, which is referred to as acupuncture.

It uses a single, fine needle which is placed into the tissue to create a physiological reaction. It often works remarkably well in reducing muscular tension, spasm, tightness and reducing fatigue. To find out more please speak to one of our qualified dry needling experts.
